The Sidama region of Ethiopia is home to nearly 8 million people with distinct cultures and traditions. Throughout the process, only the ripest cherries are picked. Drying natural coffees can be a long process, but one not to be overlooked to ensure the coffee is fully ripened. Coffees from the Sidama region are often referred to as “Sidamo”, a misnomer dating back to the 1880s. In this sweet cup, you'll notice a lot of floral notes and some light red fruits.
